Athens neighborhood Get rid of 10 am to 2 pm, Athens County Fairgrounds, 286 W. Union St. They will distribute prepackaged supplies and information on community partner services. The public, veterans, and those who are homeless or at risk are welcome. From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., it will only be veterans.
Brandon Jackson with Bethany Ballard at 8 p.m. hosted by Donkey Coffee & Espresso, 17 W. Washington St. Listen to live performances from two singer-songwriters on the Donkey Stage for the evening.

Athens Farmer’s Market at 9 a.m., hosted by Athens Farmer’s Market, 1002 E. State St. Shop for locally grown and produced food and produce at the Farmer’s Market. The market accepts SNAP and credit cards. Masks are recommended and social distancing protocols are in place.
The Athens Gravel Challenge noon to 6 p.m. hosted by Team Athens Cycling and meet at the Eclipse Company store, 11309 Jackson Dr. in The Plains. Registration offers two different routes to run, with prices varying according to the category.

Network of hocking manufacturers 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. hosted by the Visual Arts Center at Hocking College, 3301 Hocking Parkway. Art demonstrations, vendors and other activities will be provided.

Water and Mud Gallery: Watercolors and ceramics by Maria Freed, Greg Grimm and Ikaika Grimm 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Starbrick Gallery, 21 W. Columbus St. in Nelsonville. This exhibition will present realistic watercolors as well as ceramics created by the artists presented.
Art Nouveau and the Counter-Culture Movement: The Evolution of the Modern Poster from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., at the Majestic Galleries, 20 Public Square in Nelsonville. The exhibition features selected posters from the collection of the Cannabis Museum.
