The Bergstrom-Mahler Glass Museum announces the launch of the new, mission-based GLASS Arts Festival Saturday August 13, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“GLASS”, meaning Glass Lakefront exhibition and sale is an inaugural event to be held on the museum grounds at 165 N. Park Ave, Neenah, WI 54956. It replaces the former museum-sponsored arts festival that was held at Riverside Park for 45 years. The festival now focuses on the mission of the museum: glass art and glass art experiences. Different from other art festivals in the region, this fun and free community event will support artists, collectors and glass enthusiasts, as well as our supplier partners and a larger community with a new experience celebrating all glass.
In addition to the best in glass art, visitors will enjoy live music, artisan food and drink, a college art student market, children’s art activities and blowing demonstrations. of glass, as well as local and regional artists selling their work. The museum will be open, as always, free entry. The event is designed to attract glass collectors and weekend travelers beyond the Fox Cities and Wisconsin for this new and innovative event.
